A new study from outdoor enthusiasts in Colorado found that hiking in Boulder, Colorado, and Fort Collins, Colorado is the best way to get to and from the mountains.

The hiking trails in Boulder were named the Best Hiking Trails in Colorado and Best Hike Trails in North America in the 2017 Outdoor Travelers Choice Awards.
The Boulder hiking trail was ranked in the top 5 hiking trails nationally.
The Best Hikes in Colorado was the only Colorado hiking trail to make the top 10 list.
The study, published in the Journal of Applied Physical Therapy and Health Care, also found that the Colorado hiking trails offer a number of benefits for those who enjoy hiking, including: Better weather The trails have a wide range of conditions, from rain to freezing temperatures, so it’s important to plan ahead to minimize any weather impacts.
“In the event of an extreme weather event, the hiking trails will provide a great escape from the daily stress of daily life,” the study authors wrote in their study.
“It is recommended that people take at least one day off of work and travel a few days a week to visit these trails.”

“Many of the trails have amenities for people who want to get out and explore nature, as well as for people looking to exercise and exercise outdoors,” says Jennifer Fieberg, an instructor at the Rocky Mountain Institute.
